Our paper ‘Multiplexed single-cell proteomics using SCoPE2’ is now available in peer-reviewed form, having previously been preprinted on bioRxiv. First-authors Aleks Petelski and Ed along with a great Slavov Lab team work through the experimental design, sample handling, instrument optimisation/performance and data analysis necessary to perform SCoPE2-based single-cell proteomic experiments, building on the approach we published earlier in the year to characterise macrophage heterogeneity.

The paper is now available in the journal Nature Protocols here.
