Continuing an excellent year for new CPR instruments, the lab was delighted to receive a brand-new proteinSimple milo single-cell western blotter and companion microarray scanner. This expands our current single-cell proteomics capacities, allowing us to measure proteoforms and proteolysis at single-cell level and complementing our single-cell mass spectrometry workflows. We are grateful to the Academy of Medical Sciences Springboard award for supporting this acquisition, with further support from ISMIB and Prof. Ian Prior.
