I’m delighted to share the first Emmott lab preprint: ‘Characterisation of protease activity during SARS-CoV-2 infection identifies novel viral cleavage sites and cellular targets for drug repurposing’. In this paper we apply N-terminomics to study cleavage events during infection. This was a collaboration with the Vignuzzi lab and Chemogenomic and Biological Screening platform at the Institut Pasteur, as well as the C. & P. Eyers labs at Liverpool. You can read the preprint here on bioRxiv here.
