A second studentship is available in the Emmott lab in collaboration with Prof. Miren Iturriza-Gomara in the Institute of Global Health at Liverpool. The project will use single-cell proteomics and N-terminomics to study protease activity during norovirus replication. The project will be primarily based with Ed in the Centre for Proteome Research.
