New paper now from the lab, led by the Crump/Graham/Weekes labs at Cambridge. They performed quantitative proteomic analysis over the time course of herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) infection was used to characterize changes in the host-cell proteome and the kinetics of viral protein production. We contributed to followup work studying the role of pUL56 and its binding partners. You can read the full paper published in Cell Reports here.
