The Emmott lab was awarded a Springboard award from the Academy of Medical Sciences in support of the labs single-cell proteomics work titled: ‘Exploiting and advancing single-cell proteomics to identify novel pathways to disrupt RNA virus infection.’

 

A PDRA position for this work will be advertised in the near future, looking for a postdoctoral researcher with proteomics experience on orbitrap mass specs, keen to develop and apply single-cell proteomic methods on top end instruments including a brand new Thermo Exploris 480 with FAIMS and Bruker timsTOF pro.
